Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your panel, with no explanation and no penalty. You keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, under Spanish consumer law (art. 102 TRLGDCU). If you expressly agreed that the service should start immediately and it has been fully performed within that period, the right lapses under art. 103.m). Otherwise you are refunded the unused proportion.
